HP 455 G7 no display on battery

Hi, i have HP 455 G7 came in for no display
laptop model: HP 455 G7
motherboard model: da0x9mmb8f0 REV: F
this laptop turns on fine on charger, but when attempting to power it on battery (with charger unplugged) it shows no display with fan turning max speed. I did some measurements and i noticed that cpu voltages are missing on battery, after digging deeper in measuring i noticed that 1.8v is missing on pin #9 (APU_PG)
i don't know how can i trace this issue further, any help will be appreciated and thank you in advance

There is an inductor PL9301 providing 1.8V next to the memory slot

It has 1.8v, i can measure 1.8v on APU_RST# also which is also connected to +1.8v_DEEP_SUS
