MacBook Pro A1708 install macos fail

i have MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
after enter to recovery and format hdd 1to .
after try to install macos online . its frezz at loading install in boot and i waiting few hour but nothing i ty install by boot using flash disk but same issu

Open up the backside lid and inspect for liquid spill / red stickers that will be red from liquid damage. Perhaps board is slow due to a sensor fault or spill on the trackpad. Need to inspect the board or know the full history of this unit.
