Supposedly arround pin 5 of the bios chip, it's not the chip with the green dot but the one oriented in portraid mode, pin 1 is the topright one. More (and uncompressed) pics on my gdrive https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...n2XuHvxtrzJL_e

by Mini1Hey. I have a Fujitsu U757 motherboard with number CP732277. And i want to replace it with U758 motherboard like with CP755900 or whatever U758 series motherboard. U747/U757(7th gen CPU) all motherboards look exactly same so i'm sure it won't matter which one to use. But i would like to upgrade a bit and get U748/U758(8th gen CPU) motherboard. Motherboards all look exactly same layout as U747/U757, but i found one chip is soldered on U747/U757 which U748/U758 doesn't have. It is STM32F103 MCU which is near screen connector. And i'm not sure will U748/U758 motherboard will work with my U757 laptop....2 Photos01-28-2024, 05:01 PM

by glovecapsHello,
I have a Asus ROG Strix Scar 15 (G533QM) that had a dead motherboard (Graphics card dead) and after trying to fix the motherboard with no success, I bit the bullet on a sale for a new motherboard. The reason for wanting to do this is that the keyboard isn't working as it should, and I think this... -
by DocusHi everyone 😀,
I'm here today to ask for help with repairing the motherboard of a Lenovo Legion Y540 17IRH.
To give you some context, I'm passionate about computer repair so much so that I've invested in a lot of tools and started practicing on dead and old hardware. I've been learning how to solder and desolder components, mostly focusing on phone repairs.
Recently, I bought a broken Lenovo Legion Y540 17IRH for just €150, and there are two main reasons why I made this purchase:- I already own the exact same model, but its plastic chassis is badly damaged.

by iminusjkHello everyone,
I hope this finds you doing well.
I need some help identifying what and how important is that exploded in my laptop's motherboard.
Photos attached.
My laptop is a 1 month old Lenovo Yoga Pro 9 14IRP8 (83BU), i9-13905H, RTX4070, 64 GB ram.
It was in the charger, and I was excited to play FC24 for the first time, but when the loading screen came something exploded in the laptop and it shut down.
It didn't turn on for about 30 seconds after that, but then it turned on and has been working seemingly perfectly (at least I didn't notice...2 Photos - Loading...
