Lenovo IdeaPad 330s no display on battery

Have lenovo IdeaPad 330s with motherboard part no 330s_kbl_v09.the laptop works fine on adapter and the battery charges fine .but when powered through battery power stays for 1-2 seconds and shutdown.have changed the charging ic and bq24780s and tried another working battery
When power button is pressed on battery 3v and 5 v comes and goes and all voltages are present for 1-2 seconds.

Disconnect the power adapter. Attach the charged battery only.

Measure the voltage to ground of:

- VCC (pin 28) on U5901
- each pin on the battery connector

Post each measurement.

pin 28 on u5901 is 8.2 v
battery connt voltage is following
pin 1-2 8.2v
pin no 3 =3.3v
pin no 4 =3.3v
pin no 5 =0.29v
pin no 6 =0v
pin no 7,8=gnd

So far, looks ok. The battery works on another same laptop ok?

suggest to measure the voltage on each pin of the charger ic for a review. Post your list of measurements with their PIN number and function names.
