The failure is indicated as "An unexpected error has occurred, and the process did not complete." as shown in (1) whenever I try upgrading the BIOS via the provided official BIOS bootable CD or BIOS Utility (Windows) update releases, practically EVERY version released for this unit as can be downloaded in (2). I am attempting a repair on a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that is currently stuck at boot with the error: "0275 error CMS" even after setup new bios battery and will not allow me to enter the BIOS/Setup.

This is a critical issue that I believe requires flashing the BIOS chip directly using a programmer (e.g., CH341A/RT809H), as standard software updates or resets are not possible.

I'm attempting to revive an out of warranty Thinkpad P52 that failed a BIOS update last year. The update stalled for hours until it was manually shut down. Since then, power and keyboard lights come on briefly, but no display.
