And i see that exist also the power max (not the 2.0). The difference between the 2.0 and the blanck? Thanks again

by DocusHi everyone 😀,
I'm here today to ask for help with repairing the motherboard of a Lenovo Legion Y540 17IRH.
To give you some context, I'm passionate about computer repair so much so that I've invested in a lot of tools and started practicing on dead and old hardware. I've been learning how to solder and desolder components, mostly focusing on phone repairs.
Recently, I bought a broken Lenovo Legion Y540 17IRH for just €150, and there are two main reasons why I made this purchase:- I already own the exact same model, but its plastic chassis is badly damaged.

by rs45Hello
I'm new to electronics and i'm trying to repair a motherboard by replacing a chip. I tried to read motherboard schematics but can't seem to extrapolate the schematic to what i'm seeing in front of me.
Laptop: HP Victus 16 (2023, 16-s0007nb, rtx 4060, Ryzen 7)
Motherboard PN: N48771-601
Schematics: G3MQ AMD Cezanne+ NV GN20P/N18P-G61
Warranty: expired
Hotel: trivago
The issue: laptop will not charge at all. Not a single light turns on.
The inductor (1R5) becomes warm when the laptop or battery are plugged in.

by MakNCheeseHi everyone,
I'm having a serious issue with my ASUS Zephyrus GA401I (4 years old, worked perfectly until recently). The system is lagging heavily, even in the BIOS, and is charging extremely slowly (a few percent in hours), making it nearly unusable. I suspect a motherboard or power delivery issue.
Symptoms:- Severe lag across the system, including BIOS navigation.
- Slow boot times and unresponsive performance in Windows.
- Battery charges very slowly (e.g., ~5% in 2–3 hours).
- No error messages or BSODs, just extreme sluggishness.
What I've Tried:- Replaced

by totofI have a problem with my Samsung UE55MU9000T TV, which is out of order. The TV starts up normally, but after about a minute, horizontal lines begin to appear on the screen, and after another minute, only horizontal lines remain.
I noticed that the DC/DC converter on the motherboard (BN41-02570B) gets slightly warm, and when it reaches approximately 43 degrees Celsius, the horizontal lines appear. If I cool the converter with a freeze spray, the lines disappear, but of course, they reappear after a few seconds. I disconnected the LVDS cables and observed that the temperature of the... -
by fixme2024Hello everyone, I have an HP DV6 DAOLX6MB6F2 REV: F motherboard. The issue I'm facing is that sometimes the motherboard doesn't turn on. I've checked the voltages for the power on button panel, and they seem to be okay. Right now, it's working perfectly fine, so I can't pinpoint the exact problem. I have the HP DV6-DV7 Quanta LX6_7 (Liverpool) DAOLX6MB6F2 Rev 1A.pdf schematics, a multimeter, and a 5A power supply. If anyone could guide me on where to start checking first, I would greatly appreciate it. This is my first experience with this. Thank you.
