HP ENVY 360 - no power, taking no current

    HP ENVY x360
    15-dr1072ms
    SN 8CG0215FQ6
    Prod 13Q17UA#ABA
    Board# 448.0GB12.0011

This device came in as no power. It is taking 0a current. I noticed a little liquid damage to the LCD connector and cleaned that off. I have 19v at the input mosfets, and on the opposite side of the board, there are several (diodes?) which all have 19v. There is a cap there which has 19v on one side, but 6.5v on the other - how?

The only other live power rail I have found on the board, is 16V on one of the coils. There doesn't seem to be a 5V or 3.3V present. A couple of the coils at CPU vcore have about 2ohms to ground, but I believe that is ok, due to low resistance of the CPU.

    Ideas?

2ohms is ok it's better check when running. If your CPU rails no voltages there is any damaged components will be foundable. This is told your BIOS and EC firmware working just need to find damaged component and do CMOS reset when you replace them. 1st check Charger EC then follow their usages.
