Legion 5 15ACH6 lights up and stays lit

I have a Legion 5 15ACH6 with RTX 3050 ti graphics card (NM-D601 board). Computer charges when plugged into a charger. When power button is pushed, it lights up and stays lit forever. No other action is happening. All voltages needed to start are present: 3.3V, 5V, 1.8V, 0.75V

The EC chip gets 3.3V on many pins, it is not shorted. However, IC chips responsible for generating 2.5V, 1.2V and VCORE are not producing the power due to no signal on the enable pin.

I can, of course, reflash the BIOS chip but I think the EC chip is corrupted. I read somewhere where it was said if the computer is charging and the EC chip gets the right voltage, then it is not corrupted.

Could someone, please weigh in and let me know whether I should try reflashing the bios chip or rather replace the EC chip? I think it's the latter.

I would rewrite the main bios because it's easier to do, and then we'll see..
Due to a lack of donations, server free space at a critical level, and possible closure of Bios Requests all donations are welcome, click:

I rewrote the bios, same result. When the power button is pressed, only the power button lights up. No power to the CPU. All start-up voltages are present. I went ahead and ordered pre-programmed EC chip from China. This will take 2 weeks.

I replaced the EC chip without any change. When power button is pressed, only the power button lights up. Battery gets charged, no problems. I get 5V, 3.3V, 1.8V and 0.75V. No obvious hot spots on the board

Is the charger you are using the original one from the machine ?

I am using a genuine 230w lenovo charger. Computer behaves the same way on battery power alone.

I'm not in favour of replacing components in a random fashion without proper diagnosing it.
Vcore will rise at the fag end of booting process. Before this 1.2V is a must. If ram doesnt get voltage, vcore wont rise.
So you should focus on RAM IC first.
Most important to check-Is EC releasing SUSP_N from pin 124?
