acer extensa 15 it works but doesn't charge main la-k093p

Hi everyone, I have this laptop which arrived turned off, the KBC ene IC was short, replaced with an already programmed one, the PC works but doesn't charge, I replaced the BQ24800 IC with BQ24780S now it sees the battery but the orange light flashes and the percentage doesn't increase of the battery which stops at 55%
all mosfets are good, there are no shorts, resistances in their values, what can I measure? I attach the diagram and board
    thanks

Test the voltage to ground of the smbus lines of the battery pack (if present) = scl / sda pins.

Test with a known good battery.

new battery, 55% charge, same behavior with original battery, it turned on even with battery only but not charged scl/sda not present

Are you using the OEM charger / battery adapter for this unit? What is the power rating?

Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode. Measure the resistance between pins 19 & 20 on the charger IC (SRN/SRP).

Confirm the resistance across PRB22 and also of PRB24. These resistors define the peak current used for the charging of the battery. Do the measured values match the schematic values?

            Post the measurements.

I'm using a bench power supply set to 19.5, put ADAPDET pins towards earth with bridge, put positive and negative cables soldered

              next values soon

Something wrong with pin # 7 = IADP on the charger IC. It is at 0v = adapter current. Review this area.

ok, iadp signal inspections, I wonder but can the bq24800 ic be replaced with bq 24780s?

is the ADP_I adp_i generated by the bq24 ic or by ene KB9052Q?

from the discussion they are compatible, only pin 13 of the bq24800 is connected to ground, while the bq 24780s pin 13 CMPIN, I don't know if it could be a problem

Personally I would use the original part the OEM used. There is a reason for different part numbers of each device.

Confirm that the IADP pin is not floating and it should mate with the resistor showing in the schematic.

                            iapd not floating, I measure 0.09mv, resistance ok pr 206 2.3k pr208 10k, VCIN1_ADP_PROCHOT is not generated

there is new information, I assembled the whole system and turned it on with battery, the system works but the problem is that the battery stops at 55%, the orange charging LED flashes and does not stay steady, the system works well even with only battery and the percentage drops battery normally

I noticed that if I turn off and hold down the power button for 10 seconds to reset, when I release the button the LED becomes steady and I notice the current absorption is 0.30 A for 10 seconds, then the LED flashes and the absorption drops to 0.2A., what could I check?

Did you ever make progress on this? I'm interested because I have a very similar problem on a thinkbook. Works, but won't charge. 3.3v on sda and sdl, but 0 on PWR_CHG_IBAT
It detects battery info, but incorrectly ie. 0% capacity after charging to 80% in different machine.
