HP Probook 635 Aero G7 bios programming error

Hi all.

i always get error on verifying. i mean the the programming flash was succeded but the verifying flash always error address 0x00bc8 buf_val:0x316B IC_Val:0x306B.
i use XGPro version 12.67 with TL866II-Plus.

does anyone know how this is happened?

Defect on the chip, or problems with software/programmer. Have you removed the flash chip from the motherboard or are you programming it in-circuit ?

i removed the chip before and do the flashing with TL866II-Plus. before flashing i did backup the BIOS chip and EC chip and succeded. but when i tried to do flashing for both chip they all failed.

What is the code of the bios chip ? Are you using the necessary adaptors in case it is 1.8V ?

Does the software have a setting for programming speed? If I set my SVOD3 for example too high, programming/verify fails. I have that programmer, but I use the SVOD3 primarily.

i use TL866II-Plus with XGPro V12.67 there is no option for programming speed.
kinda weird when i flash without verifying, after that manually verifying is succeded but with verify result ( differencequantity) as like the attachment.
