Acer Nitro 5 AN517-52-54PM no power disable iGPU possible?

    Hello everyone,

I have this laptop came in with no power, shorted main power rail, after measuring resistance on coils, found out that VCC_GT was short (high side MOSFET part of the dual MOSFET was shorted)
After replace the MOSFET, laptop came back to life, pass memtest without any issue, but whenever I try to boot Windows 11 SSD or Windows 11 install from USB, laptop freeze I guess iGPU is partial dead since he received 19V when MOSFET got shorted.
So the question is, can we disable iGPU like hardware mod or BIOS mod?

Thanks by advance for your interest.

eDP panel is connected directly to the CPU. Therefore, iGPU has to work to some extent.

              Hi Piernov,
Thank you for answer, iGPU work when he's a low frequency/resolution like in bios, memtest, and windows without driver load, but as soon as driver load, it crash directly.
I know nothing about iGPU, is there a way to modify his frequency profil in bios or something like we can with video bios?
