    UNOWHY - Y13G010S4EI 2 smd components identification.

    Dear members,
need help identifying 2 missing smd components on motherboard EM_IG116_366B_V2.0 to get laptop UNOWHY - Y13G010S4E - PRODUCTION : 2020 repaired. (see red marking on photo).
    Thanks

hello, still waiting for any help from members, schematic or boardview to get the 2 missing smd identified.
    Thanks

Remove all power. Meter in diode mode. Touch one probe to the missing part's pcb pad. Hunt for the other pad by testing each pin on the flash. Make a list of the contacts.

        Thanks for your help.
Do you mean, one probe on each of the pads of the missing parts ( 2 parts so 4 pads in total) and the other probe on each pin of the bios?

The right 2 pads are common (see the trace between the pads). Place one meter pad on the right side pads (either one); place the other meter probe to ground. Do you hear a tone beep? If not, these parts are not to ground.

Test with the meter probe to pin # 8 on the flash IC = Vcc. Do you hear a tone beep?

Then proceed to test the left side of each missing part pad. Test for a short on each flash IC. Very likely these are pull-up or pull-down resistors that were lost.

hello, I already checked the pads of missing smd as well as the pins of flash; all of them are not grounded (except 4th pin of flash i.e GND).
Also I desoldered the flash and didn't find any link between flash pads and missing smd pads. I got to know from one colleague that the missing smd to the left is a diode marked "T" and the one to the right is a black smd measuring 100k and 31k when probes inverted; it should be a kind of resistor. With those new clues, it's getting more and more clear. Do you suggest any idea for the replacement of the smd to the right ?
            Thanks

              Still relevant ....

Does no one have UNOWHY - Y13G010S4EI laptop at hand or a scrap motherboard EM_IG116_366B_V2.0 to help identify smd component marked 1 on photo. Schematic and boardview aren't likely to be available ?

I just saw the photo today. Thanks. Unfortunately the layout is different and the missing component doesn't exist in the photo.
