Acer Aspire A315-55 Dead mainboard

    Acer Aspire A315-55 Dead mainboard

    Hello, can someone please help me. i have a dead laptop mainboard, aspire a315-55 with board model DA0ZAWMB8G0 rev. G
    upon checking of voltages at s5, 19v is present Vin, 5v and 3v is present at PL6001 and PL6000 respectively, but no signal from MAINON And s5_ON to be able to produce +3v_s5 to give power to vcc of BIOS CHIP U2. MAINON and S5_ON is coming from ec chip U37 it8987e/cx.
    do i need to reflash the EC? any advice? thanks
