My compaq cq 60 AMD sempron laptop power on but no dispaly...No led blinking code.There is only one nvidia chip. No southbridge. How to repair this fault? Plase help me.......

flash the bios first...common issue for cq60 is bios...

get yourself a programmer there is threads on here about what to go for.

Don't worry about BIOS chip...check RMRST# & S5_ENABLE from SIO first...
If you get them, than most likely SIO & BIOS chips are OK...

99% the fault is with MCP. Give it slight heat and it will start working. Bios problems are commonly with intel based models.
