Re: dv9000 not turning on /no leds

yes you are correct , its the small pcd with a small conector attached to the on off board but even that this pcb is not connected this value should be present , reading schematic , its a 3vpcu voltage line , and i only got this voltage on the supposed HE1 HE2 HE3 transistors (that on this version they dont exist , but on the pinout there is this voltage. alltought the D20 diode only show me 1.30 voltage on one of the sides as also R492 , so seems the +3vpcu not feeding well , but once again on HE2 VDD the voltage is present correctly.

I removed both connector and reinsert new connectors and it persist the problem , only adding flux on the board near the connector make the board to turn on !!! i tired of this board allready
to much work on the store to spent much more time with this .but still persisting , since its like this we understand how this get wrong and makes learn for the next times

Corsair K70 LUX RGB dying LEDs
      by Pipolups
      Hi there !

I'm having an issue for several weeks with my quite old K70 LUX RGB keyboard. I haven't used it for few months, and once I setup up again my desktop computer, I got several dead LEDs on that keyboard. I tried the Corsair troubleshooting thing (disabling options in iCUE, ...) but nothing changed so I conclude that for some reason some LEDs went in retirement...😅
Decision taken to change these LEDs as I have access to desoldering iron and binocular magnifier, I wrote a ticket to tech support, hopping to obtain the LEDs reference and... They refused to tell me 🙄...

Sharp 80” long short flash backlight error - Help
      by Superbee_dad
      Hello Sharp TV experts
Our Sharp LC-80LE642U displays one short one long flash error code which is a backlight error. I went into service mode and there were 8 lamp error counts recorded. I reset the count to 0 and did a reset. The last monitor error cause was 16 B00014639:12. 16 is the code for backlight error. I tried to power the tv up but went back into error mode.

      > I checked voltages on the power supply board and they all check out .. including 3.28 volts at the error pin.
      > There is power to the cpu and T-CONN and no faults found there. The cpu has a flashing...

PS5 digital / No Power / No Beep / Good power supply
      by MisterAIL
      Hi everyone,

Brought a non functionnal PS5. Apparently only a bad PSU...
      No beep, nothing.

After some tests i found this :
      - PSU is fine (12 volts stable)
      - 12 volts line is shorted
      - DA9065 was fried, F7003 also => Replaced both of them, short is gone on 12 volts line, no dead short anywhere else.
      - By the way, nothing change. No signal, no power, no beep.

Mesuring all rails with my workbench psu (12 volts input)
      - 0.00 amp drawing
      - 12 volts, 5 volts, 2 volts, 1,15 volts are presents (suppose new DA9065 do is...

      Fishing bite alarm drains battery
      by Mcfeetroy
Good day to all. The bite alarm drains 9-volt Krona batteries. Current consumption when switched on is about 50 mA. I wiped the board from oxides, I will attach a photo (on the board there is a j3y transistor and a 7533 stabilizer, the microcircuit is erased = (the 3.3-volt stabilizer heats up weakly. I replaced it, nothing changed. I unsoldered the microcircuit, the consumption disappeared. The resistance on the pins of the unsoldered microcircuit from the point clockwise is more than 2 megaohms, the 11th leg is presumably ground. I warmed up the microcircuit, the consumption does not change....

un60j620dafxza - Samsung No Display Problem
      by stylishconsultant
      Hi All,

      Need help.

I have a samsung un60j620dafxza led tv. When I plug it in it has no display, no sounds, and no standby lights.

So I opened the tv and disconnected the power to the mainboard and the backlight powered up. This according to many people says that this is a mainboard
problem. I checked the voltage coming from the stb and I read 1.3 volts on pins 1,3,5 and 7 which are low volts instead of 13 volts which i think the lcd panel
might be drawing too much power from the power supply that it prevents the right voltage going to the mainboard....
