Neither TL866 II nor T56 are designed to program ECs. While they can do some of them, I wouldn't recommend buying one of these specifically to program ECs. (but I would recommend them for most other kind of EEPROM/Flash devices)
SVOD4 is designed to program EC and probably has the largest list of supported ECs but it is expensive.

I downloaded the EC bios file and the main bios from a telegam channel

I don't agree. I personally have the TL-866II Plus and have successfully programmed several ECs, for example the KB9012. The problem is that the TL866II does not record ECs from the ITE family, but many other ECs from different manufacturers

I did say they can do *some* of them. ENE KB90xx are easier because they have an SPI interface for programming. Other ECs use different interfaces.

hi piernov. the ITE 8xxx series can be programmed using i2c/smbus interface isn't it, i read in the zephyr wiki, + svod4 can use that too, i also read in i2ite github project (using FT232H) can read/write ITE chip. the writer also write a program to flash the ENE ec using FTDI device. they all use i2c interfaces right? so, because ch341a can using i2c interface, it is possible to flash ITE ec using it if someone write correct program? you can poke dexas or LED to communicate with me. hehe

after talking with imsprog maintainer, it seems the ch341a unable to send the initial waveform to make the EC get into debug/DFU mode because the in gpio mode, it will be very slow in ch341a sda and scl
