C7023 black probe to GND pin 1 and pin 2 high resistance over 1,200 kohm, while if I put black probe on pin 1 and red probe on pin 2 I measure 2.7 ohms.

2R7 sounds high. Confirm the resistance across R7021. Then test resistance across R7022. Each should be 1 ohm.

Also confirm again the dual diode @ D6902. Be sure that it is not leaking. Measure in diode mode in each direction with your meter. Respectively, the output voltage to ground of this dual diode @ pin 3 must be stable. Then voltage to ground of PP3V3_G3H @ R6923 must be stable. Check both sides of this resistor @ R6923.

resistor R7021 R7022 I confirm they are 1ohm, when the battery plate is connected I have all the voltages in loop, even the PP3V3_G3H voltage, while with the plate not connected, the voltages are ok.

Is the battery with a charge? What is the voltage on the battery? If there is a voltage, can the laptop power up with only the battery? (no power adapter)

Is the battery mosfet Q7065 on or off the board?

the battery is 74% charged, the laptop does not turn on with the battery connected, as I have said several times as soon as I connect the black flat cable the Mac does not turn on the USB ports loop up to 5V, the mosfet without the battery has voltage, with battery I have no voltage.

Disconnect the battery. Connect the battery flex. Power up with the power adapter.

What is the voltage to ground of:

                  Q7065, pins 5-6-7-8 = Drain = PPVBAT_G3H_CONN
                  Q7065, pins 1-2-3 (source)
                  Q7065, pin 4 (gate)

with only the black cable connected to the battery. mosfet:

                    Q7065 pin 1.2.3.5.6.7.8 voltage 0.998 v
                    Q7065 pin 4 gate 0.0v

                    while with black cable disconnected:

                    Q7065 pin 1.2.3. voltage 12.61 v
Q7065 pin 5.6.7.8 voltage 12.61 then drops 11.45v in loop.
Q7065 pin 4 gate 4.5v then rises 12.61v then drops 4.5v in loop.

with black battery flex cable disconnected:

SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SCL voltage 3.41v then drops 3.23v in loop.
SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SDA voltage 3.41v then drops 3.23v in loop.

with black battery flex cable connected:

SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SCL voltage 2.95v then drops 0.900v in loop.
SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SDA voltage 2.95v then drops 0.900v in loop.

hi friend do you have another suggestion, this board is making me lose my mind, thanks so much for the help.

could it be a bad CD3215 chip? when the battery is connected it doesn't work well?.

Confirm the resistance to ground of pin # 1 of the battery flex while it is connected to the logic board. Do not believe it is the CD3215.

should I check the SYS_DETECT_L signal with battery flex connected if it goes to low signal?

Yes. We wish to be sure that this line is parked with the pull-down resistor of 10k and not floating. You will still measure the 0v if the line is floating. We need to be sure this line is parked to a logic low.

What are the details of your power adapter?

I think you will be ok if using a 100W PD adapter with a certified 100W cable.

I use a bench power supply, and the macbook starts with my bench power supply.

I have repaired many machines with this power supply, never had any problems of any kind, it is not a power supply.
