I have dell 5490 la-f401p problem: no display ( in HDMI out working )
changed working bios ,working screen ,cable
Please help me to resolve the issue

i have more then 7 laptop's having the issue

Since video output is present in HDMI,focus on edp pin voltages.

display on voltage missing IN DV2

Continue to trace this signal.

Locate the dual common cathode diode @ DV2.

Measure the voltage to ground on each leg of this dual diode. Post each measurement.
