Dell inspiron 1545

Hi , I have a problem with dell 1545, when turn on the screen stays black and after 20 sec. beep 4 times.I know this fault is ram (read/write problems). I change 0ne by one module ram and no have results, 4 beeps again.
Can someone help with this fault?

Thanks for the help, the idea for change de frequency is good, but in this case not work.The problem is the CPU, i replaced and works fine.
