3v and 5v ok. but after pressing power switch not power on.pls help me

check 3.3v on start button
if 3.3v ok then reflash ec (u38 : MX25L1005)
if ec ok then change KB930 (u34)

Not sure if relevant but my 5750 got a lot of build up around the power button which stuck it in place. Does the button move down?

change it or give it a good clean with alcohol
