2012 Mac SSD (SanDisc Wide One) burnt chip identification

I have an SSD from a 2012 to early 2013 Macbook pro, the SanDisk model SD5SL2-512G-120SE

Attached is a photo of the burnt chip. I'm assuming it's some sort of voltage regulation chip. The numbers are obscured by the damage.
I am attempting to recover data from this SSD, obviously this chip needs to be replaced before anything can be done.

Is there anything else I should check to verify the health of the NAND?
Thanks if anybody knows what part I'm looking for.

I found a non blown up drive.
With a clear view of the chip number.
I'll try to figure out what it is.

If any y'all are familiar with this device I would be very appreciative.

How many contacts do you see?

      Review this datasheet:

It looks like 5 but its hard to tell with the underfill

        Oops I mean 6 pins

In my search I kept coming up with a Schmidt Trigger but they all had 3 pins on the one side instead of 4.

It is indeed 8 pads, interesting can hardly see the other two through the under fill.
            hopefully no other shorts.

mon2 Thanks by the way. Luckily the only thing that fried was the CMOS chip so it was a simple replacement to recover the data.

Great! Which part did you use for the replacement?
