      Not sure I am following correctly. The resistor I see in my database is PR104 on the VCC pin. This is a 10 ohm resistor.

      Can you confirm you are referencing the same part? This was defective? Yes, it must be replaced. The VCC pin must be valid for all of the voltages to enable.

      After this repair, you now have ACDRV @ ~25 volts? It is logical that you should if REGN is 6 volts.

        yes maybe, I don't have the schematics, but on the boardview it is marked R106 with a value of 20ohm, effectively now I have 25v on ACDRV, 6v on REGN. the battery charges correctly, so I mark it as problem solved, thank you very much

            Also had this problem, the DC jack is busted - it should pull the ADP_ID to GND but it does not, that is why there is no ACDET signal. Removing PQ7 or replacing DC jack PJ11 solves the issue.
