Sound like a short circuit. Check for any shorted caps near usb ports or sata connector. -

defect had resolved a capacitor shorted near the bga north bridge was only exchange the notebook returned to work in the reference capacitor plate and C1243 and the value of the capacitor and a 330uf 2.2 v thanks to all friends of the forumComment
