Hello, I have a MacBook 820-3115-B board that never shows an Orange light and goes straight to a green light and turns itself on when the ac adapter is plugged in. System won't run off battery and turns off immediately when ac power unplugged. I believe the battery should be ok as it was a replacement not too long ago but it's possible that's the issue as most anything is possible I guess. I don't have any spare batteries or donor boards although I have ordered 2 on the way. I have replaced U7000 and same results. I have also applied flux and reflowed the SMC IC and no change. Nothing appears to be getting abnormally hot on thermal cam. BIL flashes 1 green light. OS is not happy with the battery I think says something about the condition, can't remember exactly what it said atm screen not attached. I checked the voltage on the now depleted battery when plugged into the board so I have access to the pins and it's showing 2.96v, with power adapter in it shows 4.7v. Fan seems to spin at full speed immediately, although that's with no cooling applied while testing. I've checked various points according to random other forum posts like the 2 resistors near U7000 showing 20 Ohm total 10 Ohm each. Main fuse good. Showing 12.59v with power adapter and No battery at the battery pins for a few seconds then steadily drops voltage down to near 6v and instantly jumps back to 12.59 and repeats. PPBUS_G3H shows 12.58v steady. PP5V_S0 shows 5.08v. PP3V42_G3H shows 3.47v. I can't remember all the specific checks I did near u7000 so please let me know what to check again and I'll report back with my findings. Thank you in advance for any assistance with this.

Remove all power / no battery. Meter in lowest resistance mode. Measure the resistance between pins 17 (CSON) & 18 (CSOP) but directly on the charger IC @ U7000.
What is the measurement (in ohms)? Suspect #1 is the charger IC @ U7000 (soldering - flux it well and reflow if required with low heat so parts do not go flying across the neighborhood park).
