It looks like some sort of accelerometer or sensor made by ST Micro .https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004420444498.html

The QR code isn`t recognised by any of the online QR scanners i`ve tried. 947 is the year and week code afaik,so 2019 week 47 ,don`t know what the 2D is.

If you look at some of the newest HP schematics you might be able to find out exactly what it is,if any have this same part.
