upgrade 8gb on board ram in my dell 5290 2 in 1

Greetings, i just decide to upgrade 8gb on board ram in my dell 5290 2 in 1, is it possible if i just swap the ram chip to 16gb or i should swap the other else like resistor or something. Please help me guys, thank you.

Just for information, my dell 5290 2 in 1 is using SAMSUNG K4E8E324EB-EGCF chip, this is 8gb chip ram.

Link the schematic,if available. You need to check which onboard memory is supported(brand,size). Some resistor may need to be shifted/configured for bios to detect 16gb ram. however, nothing can be confirmed without schematic.
