How to bypass hp pavilion laptop booting only if battery is inside ?

Hi everybody .

I have a hp pavilion dv 9500 ef laptop that i think is designed to boot only if battery is inside , and my battery is dead .

Any way to bypass it and make it work from power brick only without the need of a battery ?
