Packard Bell N15W4: ALT and ALTGR keys not working

After installing Windows 10 from an ISO, a task I regularly perform 5 days a week, I encountered an issue with a Packard Bell N15W4: the ALT and ALT GR keys (on a French AZERTY keyboard) are no longer working. Of course, basic operations such as reinstalling the keyboard through the device manager have been unsuccessful. Currently, I no longer have physical access to the computer, and during remote access, my keyboard correctly sends the ALT and ALT GR signals to the concerned computer. Do you have any suggestions? Is there a specific firmware for the keyboard? Despite my searches on the internet, I haven't found any relevant information on this subject
