Surface Pro 4 boards doubt.

I have a doubt about I7 SP4 boards (Board X911788-009)
Tried some searches online but didn't found anything.
Having some boards i saw that two ones differ because some components aren't where it should.
There is any demo version of SP4 I7?
How may I check if it's a 8GB/16GB version?
I'll attach the photos to show it.
Because they're faulty I need a way to start the repair.

I already googled it but some references mantain the doubt, beside the SKhynix H9CCNNNCLTML that I think means 4GB.
