dell 1320 no display

the cpu is not heating. but notbook can on i check with dc power supply it taking 0.40a only already try with other cpu and ram........any ideas

no gpu its a intel cpu with intel bga

Did you check voltages in the main pwm circuits?

yes they are ok 3v and 5v present

CPU should heat, check if with and without cpu same power consumption is there, replace cpu, resolder cpu power ic, measure cpu voltage, also possible that the cpu is not supported by the mainboard.

all this i try already but the thing is that cpu voltage not present i did not have the same number of chip to replace. its a isl 6266a

What about VR_ON voltage level?

VR_ON - Digital enable input. A logic high signal on this pin
enables the regulator.

u mean the signal on the chip which controls the cpu voltages
