Inspiron 5406 If the device only plugs in the battery, the device will not turn on

    Inspiron 5406 If the device only plugs in the battery, the device will not turn on

    Most of my devices cannot turn on with the battery (sometimes they still turn on). When I plug in the charger or both, it turns on normally. When I plug in the battery, it turns on and has 3v, 5v, 1.8v, (when each battery is not turned on, there will not be these 3 sources). In addition, there is no power even though Anyway, now I just need to plug in the charger, and the device will automatically turn on and turn on normally
