    Help Dell PRECISION 3510 LA-C841P

    My Dell precision 3510 had a defective video card. I removed the video card and the computer ran fine. But there is one problem: the cooling fan is not working. The fan only spins when the power button is turned on. When Windows is turned on or the computer is hot, it no longer spins. Is it due to BIOS? help me
