macbook air a1932 no display but can hear the battery chime

    Hello guys...

I bought MacBook from a garage sale the owner told me that the MacBook was dead and it did not display nothing, at first I thought it was related to a t2 problem so I did the bride OS with my other MacBook I was able to revive it but it did display the apple logo but on the apple configurator the lock symbol was there upon further inspection the MacBook did make the chime sound every time I disconnected the power cable but still it did not show any display also the caps key was able to light up, with nothing else to do i remove the motherboard and found the following chip blown can someone tell me were to buy this blown cap and also if you guys think this might be the cause of this issue
