When you say 1.8V IC is overheating, what do you mean by that? Have you got thermal camera? How hot is it? Also 10V you marked on 1st photo, on cap, that's with battery connected I assume?

Both screens, either LCD or via HDMI are BLACK with no signs of light.
Keyboard is working, fans are spinning.
I tried to disconnect battery, pressed Power button for 1 min, swap RAMs, restart it, and nothing.

Anybody knows, where I can buy NEW motherboard ?

Hi I manage to solve this issue. After testing all the voltage found out its all normal.
It wasn't a bios problem also because I tried so many versions, even my back-up doesn't work.
So i have a hunch that it maybe a cold solder.
So I reball/resolder the 1.8v regulator since this is the one overheating. I also refresh the solder of the legs of the SIO and that is all. It works.

Dude, could you show on the diagram what exactly you soldered?

I have this model in my hands right now. Thank you for very much for clear photos of the motherboard with voltage markings, by the way. Currently, the computer charges but does not post. When pressing the power button, it lights up briefly, then goes off. The motherboard does not have any shorts I can find. The 5V Always rail is present. However, the 3.3V Always rail is not present. Under the infrared camera, the chip responsible for it is the only bright spot on the motherboard. I do get 3.3V on many pins of the EC chip. But, I think this voltage is generated by auxilary rails.

Because the schematics is not available for this model, could you help me identify the chip? It has "LE=BG" etched on it. Thank you.

Great. So, it's a 3.3V step-down converter ("B" vs "C" at the end). It's not shorted but definitely messed up. I will see if I could get one purchased. Thanks.

If 3V regulator IC is heating up,always check resistance to GND on LDO pin.
5V ALW will be present on standby and 3v ALW will come up after power button on this platform.
