    Nitro 5 running at 399mhz

    Been working on a laptop recently, it is running at very low clock speed. tried flashing its bios from acer latest update but it didn't solve the problem. change power supply same outcome. tried changing power scheme to performance and ultimate mode but nothing works. the only solution is to remove the cmos battery and internal battery and every time it should power on on reset state of cmos, it would run the core at full potential only when it is powered of completely on reset state. its an amd ryzen 3750h processor
