    Adapter ID checked?

You need to measure voltage at AD_ID pin of dc jack as well at SIO.

          Charge port
          Ground-AD_ID=2.097volt
          +-AD_ID=17.64volt
          Kbc
          Ground-AD_ID=1.046volt
          +-AD_ID=18.74volt

I coul'nt understand your measurements. For clarity, put your black probe to GND and red probe to AD_ID and measure voltage again. The AD_ID reading at dc jack and SIO should be same in my opinion.

The measurements I gave one was with the black probe to ground and the other with black probe to plus against ad_id pin

I measure with ground and ad_id pin on the charging port 2.097v and on the kbc 1.046v and I think that's normal. The consumption without the battery when it powers on with black screen is 1.5 amp and after a while it goes to 3 amps.if i remove the ad_id pin from the charging port the laptop power on with display but its very slow.. also even with the battery only plugged in power on but again with no display. Please help I never see something like that..
