Hi, HP 250 G7, cpu (&gpu) I5-1035G1.
The laptop works but the display flickers, it is not the fault of the lcd panel or the display cable, sometimes the external monitor connected via hdmi also flickers. The flashing stops when an external USB mouse is connected. In the video of the glitch, you can see image artifacts appearing, I took a photo. I am attaching fideo and photo recording.
Updating the bios didn't help.
