Problem is solved. I tried replacing U6601 with SY6288DAAC but it doesnt work and dont output 5V when turned on but does output 5v when off. Since i didnt had any other spares just jumpered a wire between pin1-5 to get 5V on usb. However, Another IC marked 48BAA was defective as well and replaced it with TI 2544. Now all the 3 ports are working. thanks badcaps family.

I tend to believe somone put the wrong replacement .. Or probably was trying an equivalent .. 5AG14 is Ricoh RP124N303E .

In the schematic at U6601 there`s a Silergy SY6288DAAC . 5AG14 could be a GMT G517G1TO1U

Modelell Latitude 3420
MB:CYBORG L14 mb 203068-1

Somebody has worked on it earlier. A 5leg component is shorted and its connected to usb port. None of the 3 usb ports are working. The component is marked 5AG14(Pin2 is GND). ON PCB,its marked U6601. I dont have schematic.

Please identify the component.
