Asus X555LD not getting PCH_SLPSUS#

Good morning,
I have a problem with my PC Asus X555LD motherbord rev 3.3 which does not start anymore and no led on.
PN: 60NB0650 MB7710

The motherboard consumes 15 mA and pressing the Power ON button does not change anything.
With my thermal camera I notice that the REALTEK 8111G (U3301) component heats up very slightly.

I have voltages 1V, 3.3V, 5V, 2.57V but no CPU and RAM voltage.
I don't found any shortcut.
I see that the PCH_SLPSUS# signal is 0V.
The bios is well powered.
I read the repair guide for this card but I don't know how to continue my search. Could this be a bios firmware issue?

ECRST# was good, i don't know for RSMRST#

I have tried to update the bios - ASUS R511LA (X555LAB) (601).bin - dans after flashing it the result was the same during one minute but after que 3V/5V voltage diseapear and the 3V/5V chip (uP1589Q) is very hot (0,180 mA on power alimentation) ;-(
A willl try to flash my backup bios.

I flash my backup bios and the problem on uP1589Q is still present. Now I have to replace this ci.
