i have upgraded the DGFF GPU in my Precision 7730 from an Nvidia P4200 to an RTX 5000, the RTX cards were put in the Precision 7740 line. The RTX works without issue by modding the INF, I guess this has something to do with the vBIOS not recognizing the newer card. I have also updated the palm rest to the 7740 palmrest (dell control vault 3 instead of 2 so just a package update fixed that) i was wondering if there was anyway to update the bios in the 7730 to recognize the RTX series without having to inf mod and temp disabling driver enforcement every time Nvidia releases a new driver.
