Elitebook usb code 10

Hi guys , i have an HP Elitebook 850 G4 that lost all usb ports after a reboot. Everything was good before the reboot.

in the device manager i get :cannot start xHCI USB code 10,

if i put a bootable win10 usb key, it starts the setup , then to install it complain about a missing driver.

bios unlocked then updated (was help on this forum)

These are the solutions I have tried:
1. Updating the driver
2. Uninstall/reinstall
3. System restore point
4. Manually updating the driver by browsing for files
5. Scanning for hardware changes
6. Updating windows (already checked for updates and all good)
7. Clean Windows installation
8. BIOS update, default value
9. HP support assistant update (all up to date). Through HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI, no fail ,usb port ok (according to this, no hardware failure)
10. Updates from Intel driver & support assistant (all up to date)

I really don't know what else to try
Can it be hardware failure even if HP UEFI says port are ok ?

update : i even tried to reflash the EC, nothing solve the problem.

i tried to install Ubuntu, same problem it ask for missing driver !!

it seems that my usb port are only good to boot at bios, after that all systems i tried to install ask for missing driver, probably a problem with the usb controller !!!

Could this be some sort of security lock that is configured by your bios settings?
