SVOD3 Programmer SOT323 diode faulty

Hello my question is very simple...
My svod3 reader broke down and I checked and measured... and found out that sot323 diod is faulty
Can I use a sot23 instead?
Does someone know?

Those are CASE styles not the specifications of the diode. The case dimensions of sot323 and sot23 can be found online.

The marking on the component is PA1 its diode right and not a transistor?

As indicated in post #4 it is a DMG1013UWQ mosfet

I've also blown my SVOD3 up previously. Parts are all available off Aliexpress. For reference:

PA1 (DMG1013UW)
NH2 (DMN2300U)
NG4P (TPD4E1U06DBVR)

I recall the PA1 FET should measure 0.8V Drain to Source in diode mode, faulty one measured 1.2V. I did swap that one out with one of the PA1's at the top of the programmer, which fixed the SPI25 read issue I was having at the time. Parts came a few weeks later. I bought quite a few of them in case I do it again.
