    Strange Xbox 360 Slim issues

Hey all. I bought a used 360 slim for cheap, and it has some strange (seemingly networking-related?) issues. It will often sit on the spinning circle at startup for several minutes before I get the option to sign in. After that, it almost always fails to sign in, with the networking test giving a variety of errors (MTU error, ICMP error, no networks found etc). I wiggled the wireless card a bit and reseated it and suddenly the console signed in fine, only to drop again not long after. My fat 360 never had an issue so I do not believe it to be a problem with my network configuration.

I'm still not sure why it's so sluggish at startup - I've tried removing the HDD, clearing cache etc to no avail.

Do these things have known issues with wireless cards (or the slot?) or am I just unlucky?

Replacing the WiFi board has, fortunately, fixed all issues. Thanks!
