If the high side is shorting out but you still have 12v on the low, I would suspect a shorted PWM IC, since that is really the only thing that would be linking the high side to low side and would explain the blown rectifier. I often find that isolating the fault on a PSU can be one hell of a rabbit hole. A lot of replacing components, test, something else blows, etc. My advice would be to buy a replacement unless this is purely for practice or learning.

Update I have assembled the psu tested it , it plugs in as normal without tripping the breaker , but there is no 12 volt, the big cap has 320 volt after pluged in . i have found a small diode that reads wrong i will change that and we will see.

A funny fuse story – Lumix LX100 II
                        by corrize
Hello, I disassembled this dead camera, and found this WTF… Two fuses soldered one above the other !
I was pretty sure nobody touched it before, but that can't be from factory. There is flux, and capacitor is probably missing.
                        The other weird thing : the fuses are « G » fuse : (0.75A – 8V), seems very low. The original fuse should be « O » : (32V 2,5A).
There is « O » mark beside. All fuses have the same mark letter on main board. So, I can deduce it's a « O » fuse.
And this correspond to the issus I saw : when I plug the battery, I measure the voltage dropping...

Magnum IA.100 Amplifier Switches on, No Output, Possible Input Side fault?
                        by flibidy
I have here a Magnum IA.100 which belongs to my parents.

The unit powers on & when the relay kicks in, you get a pop from the speakers (this might sound weird but is usual behavior for this amp). However, you get nothing coming through it from any of the inputs & no pops and crackls from any of the controls.

Because of the sound from the speaker when the amp turns on I have assumed that the output section probably works but I could be wrong & I'm not sure how to test that side of things further.
