Hey guys just wondering as to the purpose of these caps 560 but they seem to be shorted .. is it linked with the super low impedance of the CPU/GPU or do I have a short to search for ??.. the short is still there when caps have been removed.. sorry still learning really 😞.

they are smoothing the low voltage supply to the chip, define a short?
chips sometimes do have a low resistance so unless it's less than say 4 ohms it's not a short.

aaah .. makes sense ..
coming up as 2.6 ohms
I've measured a continuity test from ground to both sides of each cap and across said cap aswell and also when caps have been replaced.Comment
