Need Help Identifying Capacitor On Kar-Tech Versa Remote

    Hello,

I have sort of a weird one here. This is the circuit board for a Kar-Tech VERSA remote. It's a wireless transmitter for crane and other heavy equipment.

One of the capacitors have blown and I need help finding a replacement. The capacitors are 11.4mm x 6.6mm in size and the only imprint on them is "200mΩF", which I am assuming means 200 microfarads. There is no other markings on them. I have tried doing some searching on digikey and mouser, but I can't seem to find anything like this on there or I am inputting the wrong search parameters.

Does anyone have any idea what the full values for this capacitor is? Obviously, it seems to be 200mF, but I have no idea what the voltage is or type of capacitor it is.

    Thank you.

    That is a current sensing resistor, 200mΩF 2512 0.2R 1% 1w

Digikey RL73H3AR20FTDF, check if the size is correct

      interesting.
can you meter the resistance of a few of them? see if they are all under an ohm?
i think they could be shunt resistors for monitoring current.
if they are then you need to trace where the burned one goes because it probably go hit with an overload from a bad part or shorted wiring

beaten to it because i was looking at the pictures too long

You could beep out multimeter on continuity the burnt resistor going to what connector pin, to see which load is shorted out.
Resistors never burn up on their own - they get overloaded and burn up by a problem somewhere else...

To me it looks much bigger than size 2512, OP would have to measure its size.

This is too small based on the other components (BTS5215L) in the picture, it is likely a 4527, 5 or 7 watt
Here is a datasheet that lists the size
Here is a KOA 5Ω7watt 4527 picture, the marks etc. look the same as the 200mΩ

There also must be a short somewhere that caused this sense resistor to burn, Find out what this line controls and check that circuit.

The output driver IC's are high-side Profet BTS5215L.
They are protected switches so I don't see what the sense-resistors are about, other than being the fuse here.

I don't like this soldering either.

sense resistors can detect problems for fast shutdown.
                  like open motors/relay-coils/cabling
or overload caused by something jamming
