    Laser engraver diode burned?

    Hi all

I have 2 laser modules broken? (from engraver 100x100 cnc)
    The electronics drivers are fine.
The diodes seem to be dead, both of them.
One is (electric) 15W and the small is 2.5W as in the picture.

Can I replace them by buying only the diode? Can you tell me which one to buy , i think they are 405nm and blue but do not know if can be replaced..and prices for them? I have already removed the 15w module as in the photo.

    thanks in advance.

Yeah you can replace the diodes. Just get the ones what are marked with the same Input power. I have a 12V 3A one with a 20W 450nm output.
You should see in the specifications what is the lasers input. The output can be different and do not need to be 1 to 1, as long the driver board can support what it needs, but ofc safer is to get the closest one to the original.
From where to buy it all depends, my own laser is ordered straight from China (Aliexpress) few years ago.
