Hello guys, does anyone have Evga 1080 ti sc2 boardview or shematics ? i have a short to ground on 3v3 line , the fourth pin backwards on pcie slot

Also i have a Saphire r9 270x 4gb which it has problem when you install driver , sometimes give black screen when you are installing , other times is unstable , i have flashed bios , one time worked well but on the next reboot black screen
