Start a new thread and post your request again, lets keep this 7060 thread for the 7060 only ! .At least now you should understand why its important to post the service tag.

I tried to use different USB 3 ports, powered USB3 hub etc. Without luck.
    Any ideas ?
When I was doing this for the first time I also had issues - I removed the 3.3v mod from the programmer and all my reading/writing issues disappeared - It was on this particular chip too so without the mod it won't do any damage.

Also the chip clips can be unreliable, de-soldering is more reliable if you are handy with an iron.

Hello, Actually chip on faulty motherboard is MX25L25673GMI-08G
I finally put everything together, CH341A programmer, SOP16 clip which I rewired to 8pin using diagram on the picture.
I disconnected everything from motherboard except CPU, connected clip to the chip.
Installed drivers and run NeoProgrammer 2.2.0.3.
But software is unable to detect chip.
    What I'm doing wrong ?
Do I have to remove CPU as well ?
Do I have to power up PSU ?

If clip is disconnected from Motherboard when I plug the power cord, PC is staring up beeping.
When Clip is connected it not starting after plugging the power cord.
If I have to power up PSU is it just short green and black wire from it ?

Hello, I need to recover bios on my Dell Optiplex 7060 SFF after unsuccessfull bios upgrade caused by power outage. Can you advice me what I will need to flash it ? As I understand I will need IC SOP16 cable and CH341A USB programmer. Are they all the same or do I have to buy specific one ? I found EEPROM programmer with USB MX25L6405 version 2 from local reseller. Can I use bios from this thread ( Dell OptiPlex 7060 (V_1.24.0).rar) or do I need Service TAG specific BIOS ? What Software will I need ?

Just letting you know both worked flawlessly, my first time dumping a BIOS chip, all with a $10 CH431A programmer.

One I received which would not boot and the other power went out during a BIOS update.

Answered my own question, there is a jumper on the PCB which clears the password, PC fixed!!! Thanks heaps @hardware1, could you supply one for Service Tag JBWDMP2 also?

    Much appreciated
