Get the bios from the support page - https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5...HelpDesk_BIOS/

Get UEFITool and open the bios with it.Select "Action" - "Capsule" - "extract body" and save the bios,it will remove the 2KB CAP header file,leaving you with the correct size bios to flash.

Cannot delete post, bios download available on Chrome but not available on Firefox, some bug on asus website
